Williams offers high upside as potential Commanders WR2 at late-round cost.

Williams is one of the favorite late-round upside wide receivers to target at his current draft cost. Washington added him in the third round after parting ways with Deebo Samuel (24.69% target share). He has a legitimate chance to emerge as Washington's WR2 behind aging Terry McLaurin, especially if the Commanders' offense rebounds with a healthy Jayden Daniels. Outside of McLaurin, the race to become the team's second-leading target is wide open, giving Williams a clear path to meaningful playing time.
