Jaguars franchise quarterback Trevor Lawrence acknowledged a sloppy Day 1 of training camp, admitting "I didn't think I had the best day today necessarily." However, Lawrence expressed strong optimism about the offense's trajectory, stating "I feel like this whole offseason and even today, I threw it well and just missed a couple. But I feel really healthy. I feel like I'm in great shape. I think I'm throwing it as good as ever. I think the chemistry with the guys is really, really good. I like where our team's at. So, I'm excited, really excited for this training camp." Lawrence added that the offense should be able to pick up where it left off in 2025, saying "To be honest, we should be able to do that, and we should do that day one. Not every day's going to be perfect. We're going to have some days. We have a good defense too, so we'll have some days."
