Undrafted Presley spent the bulk of last season on the practice squad with only one elevation (11/23 vs. Tampa Bay); he's well-polished for an undrafted player and was Oklahoma State's all-time receptions leader with return experience averaging over 1,000 all-purpose yards per season; predominantly a slot receiver running short/mid-length routes with good hands, tracks well, transitions fluidly from catch to pass, can be bullied in man/press but has good feel for soft areas in zone, offers similar WR/KR value as Xavier Smith with better open-field moves per film, and worked coverage in college.
