Scott is an interesting acquisition signed to the Rams practice squad in October after his release by Seattle; he's the Rams' fourth team since being drafted by Chicago in Round 4 (#113) in 2022; his play time has been modest with 459 offensive snaps and 90 special teams snaps as a kickoff returner across his first two seasons with the Bears, and he was on the practice squad full-time with the Colts, Seahawks, and Rams; he's on Feldman's Freaks List for speed/athleticism/strength, wicked fast with good (not great) hands, a former running back with excellent open-field shiftiness, tracks ball well with good hand/eye coordination and body control, came into the pros as a development project on route running and physicality at the catch point, and fits better into the slot role as a pro despite playing almost exclusively outside in college.
