The 2021 NFL Draft was chaos 😅 ▪️ QBs went 1-2-3 ▪️ Kyle Pitts went No. 4 ▪️ Three WRs went top 10 ▪️ Surtain II (9) and Parsons (12) …but the real GEM of this draft: Amon-Ra St. Brown in Round 4 (112) 💎 What do you remember most?
The receiver debate in this year's draft is a fascinating one. Jordyn Tyson is the one with true WR1 potential, from talking to multiple high-ranking evaluators. The issue is, obviously, injuries. Carnell Tate is far safer, but ceiling is high-end WR2. That's not bad, but not usually one selected top-10. There is a "big gap," one told me, between Tate/Tyson, and whoever you feel WR 3 is. Starting at second base for the Rangers.
It's the Jets so they'll probably mess it up somehow BUT this offense could be looking nicey for a young QB in 2027: -2025 top-100 draft capital: No. 2, No. 16, No. 33, No. 44 -2026 top-100 draft capital: NYJ/DAL/IND Round 1 picks, NYJ Round 2/3 picks. -Most projected effective cap space in the league in 2027 -O-line: Definitely need to fortify the interior, but Membou and Fashanu pretty solid building blocks at tackle -RB: Breece Hall is still only 24! Long-term deal seems to be on the table...

.@LRiddickESPN believes WR Omar Cooper Jr. will be a star at the NFL level. "One of the most important characteristics when evaluating WRs -- beyond consistently catching the ball -- is how quickly and effectively they can transition after the catch. Cooper checks those boxes."
