Superior offensive outlook; ideal trade target vs. Hampton

Running back with superior offensive outlook compared to mid-round peers; source identifies Cook as an ideal trade target, noting he was drafted near Amari Hampton but has 'just so much better' offensive outlook. Acquiring Cook by trading Devonte Adams and Amari Hampton would be 'an absolute no-brainer' in roster construction.
