Daniels completed 19 of 25 passes for 189 yards, one touchdown and no picks, while being sacked just once. Positive signalProjection

Undrafted rookie Daniels posted 19-of-25, 189 yards, 1 TD, 0 INTs in first start.

Daniels, a 23-year-old undrafted rookie, made his first start under the lights in Dallas and showed poise without looking fazed. He completed 19 of 25 passes for 189 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions while being sacked just once. Though his pocket awareness was questionable at times and he played conservatively with his throws, the source notes this was the type of simple performance the Buccaneers needed to get in the win column, with flashes suggesting he could sustain production if Mayfield remains sidelined.
