A lot of people will want to abandon Josh Downs after he bricked against the Commanders in London last week...But Downs is such an important cog in the Colts' passing game. He had 12 catches and 20 targets in Weeks 2 and 3. I'm ranking him as a low-end WR2 and think he should probably be starting for most of his fantasy teams.

Downs' high volume in Colts' offense outweighs poor matchup and recent bust.

Low-end WR2 this week; important cog in Colts' passing game despite poor performance against Commanders in London last week (3-16-0 on four targets). Pittsburgh defense isn't great matchup for slot receiver like Downs—Steelers allow sixth-most fantasy points to outside receivers but ninth-fewest to slot receivers. Downs had 12 catches and 20 targets in Weeks 2 and 3, demonstrating consistent volume. Should probably be starting for most fantasy teams.
