Judkins' touch count rising and passing game usage increasing despite 3.0 YPC.

Can't give Judkins green-light status while he's still chugging along at 3.0 yards per carry. But his touch count has risen every week, largely because the Browns are using him more in the passing game (15 catches this year, just 26 his rookie season). Cleveland overhauled its entire offensive line before the year, so let's give it some time to jell.
