Tate's 1/6 line and Cam Ward's limitations cap him at WR3 despite Week 4 breakout.

After Carnell Tate broke out in Week 4 against Baltimore for a 9/145 line, many thought he was coming into his own and would justify his lofty draft cost. Tate turned back into a pumpkin on Sunday, recording just one reception for six yards on five targets. The source notes that as long as Cam Ward remains under center, one has to wonder how much Tate's upside is capped—he simply isn't a good quarterback. The source notes it is a real shame this organization drafted him, as he would thrive almost anywhere else.
