Wicks' 8 targets and 2 PI draws signal return to high-leverage role despite hamstring.
Wicks was targeted eight times for five receptions and 63 yards, with four grabs resulting in first downs. He helped the Eagles convert critical third downs (3rd-and-8, 3rd-and-10, 3rd-and-5) and drew two pass interference penalties—one that turned 3rd-and-goal at the 17-yard line into 1st-and-goal at the 3-yard line (setting up a Will Shipley rushing TD) and another that turned 3rd-and-9 at the Eagles' 40-yard line into 1st-and-10 at midfield. After quieter performances over the past two games following a strong start, Wicks returned as an impactful high-leverage option on Sunday despite suffering a hamstring injury that limited him in practice Thursday and Friday.
