Winston's average grade belies his 326 yards and 3 TDs due to low efficiency.

Winston graded in the average range despite 326 passing yards, 3 TD passes, and no INTs; PFF emphasized that his 326 yards came on 54 attempts and only 33 completions for a measly 6.1 yards per attempt, with two turnover-worthy plays and only one big-time throw. He had a 77.2 QBR (seventh-highest in the NFL in Week 5), and he performed as well against the Commanders' blitz (about half his dropbacks) as when not blitzed, with 2 of his 3 TDs coming on blitzed plays.
