Yahoo Sports NFL on Bo Nix

Payton backs Nix despite early struggles; offensive execution needs improvement.

Bo Nix hasn't made the year three jump fans had hoped for early in the season, but Head Coach Sean Payton remains confident his quarterback will turn things around. Payton stated that confidence comes from film study and offensive execution; there are a ton of things the offense isn't doing well right now that have to improve, and Payton and Nix will be on the same page relative to plays and the plan going forward.
