Bernard stepped up to the tune of: 9 targets, 6 receptions, 80 receiving yards. He has yet to score his first NFL TD, but it's coming. Now that there's at least one (likely two) wideouts slated to miss extended time, Bernard should have no problem establishing a strong connection with Rodgers.

Bernard breaks out with 9 targets, 80 yards in Week 5; positioned to thrive with Rodgers.

Steelers WR and 47th overall pick from Alabama is emerging as a viable dynasty target sooner than expected. With Michael Pittman on IR and Roman Wilson expected to miss multiple weeks, Bernard stepped up in Week 5 with 9 targets, 6 receptions, and 80 receiving yards. The source notes Bernard has already recorded two games with 8+ targets and is a strong candidate to break the historical trend of Rodgers struggling to mesh with rookies. He should establish a strong connection with Rodgers going forward.
