After right-ankle injury in Week 4 and interesting post-game comments, Love played 76% of snaps and handled 11 of 12 RB touches in first half against Lions, including 2-minute drill. Due to scoreboard and load management, played just 24% of second-half snaps, resulting in 2.2 half PPR points on 6.9 expected points. Cardinals didn't get him a single target. On film, Love was bouncing around with energy and didn't appear to suffer setback; was on field for play-action TD at goal line, so pathway to weekly ceiling exists if game script cooperates. Doesn't look injured. While playing volatile role, Love has been RB31 on RB28 usage this month. Rams matchup isn't quite as difficult as sounds; willing to allow rushing yards (seventh-most PG) if it means limiting passing yards (32nd PG). Love should catch more passes this week to get explosives versus Rams LBs, but that is total projection. Cardinals have 20.0-point team total as 12.5-point dog.
