Judkins has an eight-game streak of scoring below his expected half PPR points based on usage. Some inefficiency stems from his play, as he's not moving with as much juice as in his rookie season. The Browns' TE room can't block and OL chemistry is poor. However, Judkins is RB14 in usage this year, so his bankable inefficiency can still mean RB2/3 value. He's RB23 per game, aided by 3.6 receptions per game (RB10). With Rocket Sanders (IR) out and Dylan Sampson missing the last month, Judkins is a real 20-touch threat if both remain out.
