Harvey is a pass-catcher but not a between-the-tackles runner.

RJ Harvey is valuable as a pass catcher but is not a good between-the-tackles runner and has never been a good inside runner. The source does not believe Harvey and Dobbins can carry the rushing attack, and Harvey's limitations as a runner prevent him from being a solution to Denver's run game problems.
