Yahoo Sports NFL on Rashid Shaheed

Shaheed underutilized; Denver's secondary injuries create opportunity.

Shaheed has not been heavily involved in the passing game but the source identifies him as a potential option Seattle should target more against Denver's depleted secondary. With cornerback Patrick Surtain II and safety Talanoa Hufanga out, and Riley Moss questionable, Denver's secondary depth is compromised. The source argues Shaheed should be part of a more balanced passing approach to spread the defense and reduce reliance on Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
