Downs downgraded with Keenan Allen back; still playable flex

With Keenan Allen expected to return to play this week, Josh Downs should be moved down in rankings due to reduced target share. The source notes Keenan Allen's return mainly impacts Downs as the follower in the receiving hierarchy. Despite lowered expectations, Downs remains the preferred flex option over Denzel Boston and is still recommended to play.
