Yahoo Sports NFL on Cam Skattebo

Giants' run game stalled until OT; Nagy confident in Skattebo's role going forward.

Through five games, Skattebo has been the Giants' primary ball carrier, but the run game has been largely ineffective until the final overtime drive against Washington; offensive coordinator Matt Nagy described the run game as 'a little bit of a work in progress' but expressed confidence in the scheme and players, saying 'we think we have some answers' and 'we're on our way into doing some things,' suggesting the Giants believe Skattebo's role will improve as they adjust their approach.
