Big Blue View on Jameis Winston

Winston has elite weapons but must avoid turnovers; leadership style elevates receiver confidence.

Winston has a strong arsenal of weapons to throw to with the Giants, though the source notes this is contingent on him 'throwing to the right team' (a reference to his turnover history). Nabers and other receivers benefit from Winston's leadership and consistency; he lifts teammates up both when winning and losing, talks to himself on the sideline to stay engaged, and actively reinforces confidence in his receivers in critical moments.
