Hall out; Braelon Allen takes over as primary back.

Breece Hall is out for the game against the Patriots, with Braelon Allen taking over as the Jets' bell cow running back. Hall is a much more productive receiver than Allen and provides the kind of big play presence that Allen cannot replicate.
