Raiders game plan targets keeping Allen sidelined; Allen has four fumbles this season.

Raiders defense strategy involves keeping Allen off the field as much as possible; the source notes this approach will help Las Vegas, especially given the Raiders' red zone defensive struggles (14 touchdowns allowed on 18 visits, 28th in league).
