Jalen Hurts was placed on injured reserve due to a superficial blood clot after consultations with numerous doctors and experts. He is out for at least the Eagles' next four games (Weeks 6–9 vs. Jacksonville, Dallas, Washington, and New York) and will not return before the Eagles' Week 10 bye. The earliest he could return is Week 11 against Pittsburgh, though the uncertain nature of his situation makes exact return timing hard to predict.
