Samuel ruled out with hamstring strain; 49ers thin at receiver.

49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel was ruled out for Monday night against the Commanders with a hamstring strain suffered last week. His absence leaves San Francisco with only three healthy receivers on the active roster (Brandin Cooks, Jordan Watkins, Jacob Cowing), forcing the team to elevate at least one receiver from the practice squad.
