Concepcion's return from concussion expands Monken's short-pass options.

KC Concepcion is expected back in the lineup this week after missing time with a concussion; he was the intended target for passes that went to Isaiah Bond last week in poor weather conditions, and his return could give offensive coordinator Todd Monken more options to use the short pass game as an extension of the run game.
