Watson playing safe; Concepcion's return could expand short-pass options.

Deshaun Watson hasn't played at an elite level but hasn't warranted benching; he's playing it safe and trying not to be the reason the team loses, which is a sustainable approach but limits upside. With KC Concepcion expected back, Watson could have more short-pass options to extend the run game, and his performance will be critical in a game where the Browns' running game has been nonexistent since the preseason.
