Watson's 3-1 record and go-ahead drives quiet early doubts; mobile game working.

Browns QB has helped team to 3-1 record despite fan skepticism heading into season. Despite rough rainy-conditions performance last week, Watson led a go-ahead touchdown drive mid-way through fourth quarter. Effectively using his legs to pick up key yards and taking easy/smart underneath passes with occasional longer balls. No mid-game QB switch expected for performance reasons, indicating coaching staff confidence.
