Jones' kick-return fumble derailed Giants' first-half momentum.

Jones made a 49-yard reception from J.J. McCarthy but was responsible for a critical fumble on a kick-off return late in the first half that killed momentum and allowed the Saints to score in position; he remained in at kick returner after the fumble, and the source notes this mistake took the air out of the stadium and changed the game's trajectory.
