From the article

Tracy had a 17-yard catch-and-run for a first-quarter touchdown, and a 5-yard fourth-quarter touchdown run. His overall numbers, six carries for 18 yards (3.0 yards per carry) and 2 receptions for 27 yards aren't great. Touchdowns matter, though.

Tracy scored 2 TDs (17-yard catch-and-run, 5-yard run) despite 3.0 YPC.

Tracy had six carries for 18 yards (3.0 yards per carry) and 2 receptions for 27 yards, but scored two touchdowns: a 17-yard catch-and-run for a first-quarter touchdown and a 5-yard fourth-quarter touchdown run. While his overall efficiency was poor, the touchdowns provide some fantasy value despite the Giants' struggling run game.
