If Germie Bernard is the top prize on the waiver wire this week, Cooper is a close second. The rookie played today after missing the past four games with an ankle injury. He was outstanding in his return to the lineup, totaling six receptions on seven targets for 103 receiving yards, a touchdown, and 22.3 PPR fantasy points. Cooper outshined Garrett Wilson today, making his case to be the Jets' clear-cut No. 2 wide receiver.
