Parkinson's goal-line catch ruled down; replay decision cost Rams final scoring chance.

Colby Parkinson caught a pass on 2nd & 3 and broke the goal line, but was initially ruled down by contact at the 1-yard line; replay review upheld the down call, denying the Rams a 1st & Goal from the 1-yard line with 18 seconds and two timeouts remaining—a sequence that cost them the opportunity to punch in a go-ahead touchdown before Arizona scored the game-winning field goal with 46 seconds left.
