Dalton declines Eagles reunion; signing elsewhere soon.

The Eagles cut 16-year veteran Andy Dalton nine days ago and attempted to bring him back, but Dalton declined the offer. Dalton will sign with another team soon, and his arrival elsewhere will likely trigger a current member of that team's quarterback room to exit, potentially making that player available to the Eagles.
