Smith's favorable Dolphins matchup and new receiving weapons support a waiver wire pickup.

Smith has shown upside in good matchups despite being up and down with the Jets. This week he gets a great matchup against the Dolphins, who are in tank mode. The breakout by rookie wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr. provides a new weapon, and with Garrett Wilson at No. 1 and Adonai Mitchell possibly returning next week, Smith should be poised for a good game.
