The Ringer Fantasy Football Show on Brock Bowers

PodcastBrock Bowers OUT(!), Plus One Stat for Every Game in Week 1September 10, 2026

From the episode

Brock Bowers is going to miss one or two games with an MCL. They clipped his NCL. I don't really know what that means. They called it a trim, which is like, it's not a haircut. It is a meniscus trim, not an MCL.

Bowers to miss 1-2 games with a meniscus injury

Brock Bowers is expected to miss one to two games due to a meniscus trim procedure. The news was unexpected, coming shortly after the team indicated everyone was expected to play, and is considered a significant blow for fantasy managers who invested high draft capital in him.
