Xavier Worthy looks like he can be a player that is startable when you have no Rashi Rice, but when Rice does come back in, I'm worried that Xavier Worthy continues to draw no targets.

Startable only without Rashee Rice; targets dry up when Rice returns.
Worthy can be startable when Rashee Rice is unavailable, but Cooper Cup expresses concern that Worthy will continue to draw no targets once Rice returns, limiting his long-term fantasy value.
