They scored by way of Javonte Williams with 9:24 left in the third quarter and trailed 17-7. Plenty of time left. At this point the Cowboys offense became incredibly one-dimensional, though.

Williams scored but Cowboys abandoned run game after his TD, throwing 39 of final 40 plays.

Javonte Williams scored a touchdown with 9:24 left in the third quarter to bring the Cowboys within 17-7, but the Cowboys offense subsequently became incredibly one-dimensional, throwing the ball 39 times across their final 40 plays while running just once. This extreme pass-heavy approach abandoned the run game despite the Packers entering the game with the league's 17th-ranked rushing defense, suggesting Williams and the run game were underutilized in a critical stretch.
