Pats Pulpit on Jeremiah Webb

Webb waived from injured reserve, becomes 2026 free agent after three months on IR.

Webb was waived from injured reserve by the Patriots on Tuesday after spending three months on IR, becoming a free agent for 2026. The 25-year-old undrafted wide receiver was placed on IR just two practices into training camp in July when outside linebacker Gabe Jacas signed his rookie contract. Webb had caught six passes for 80 yards and one touchdown during his rookie preseason, along with a 59-yard kickoff return and 22-yard punt return, but his exit from the Patriots roster removes him from fantasy consideration for the 2025 season.
