Williams scored but Cowboys abandoned run game after his TD, rushing just 48 yards.

Williams scored the Cowboys' first touchdown early in the third quarter, but after that score, Dallas ran the ball only once more in the game. The Cowboys rushed for just 48 yards on 15 carries, indicating a severe imbalance in play-calling that favored passing (54 attempts) over the run game. Head coach Brian Schottenheimer acknowledged the imbalance wasn't part of the plan, but the explanation reinforces the problem: whatever the plan is, the Cowboys aren't executing it or adapting effectively when the game changes.
