Empty formations create clearer throwing windows for Eagles receivers.

The source references a successful empty formation play where Hurts threw to Wicks (likely referring to a receiver in the formation), demonstrating that empty formations can create clear throwing windows and allow receivers to turn and attack the ball. While Smith is not explicitly named in the analysis, the broader point is that empty formations give the Eagles' receiving corps more opportunities to attack intermediate windows and replace blitzing defenders, requiring five receiving options to be available.
