Breaking off big plays in Cardinals backfield with confirmed involvement. Pierce highlights Knight as the Cardinals running back producing in Week 7 when Arizona had 35 rush attempts; Pierce notes that now that Knight's involvement is confirmed, Tyler Allgeier cannot be played in a running back committee situation with Knight in the Cardinals offense.
