Positioned as Kirk's primary competing waiver-wire target. One comment warns Mumpfield is 'a trap imo. It'll be the backs, the 3rd string TE, and then TuTu Atwell will go 3-85-2 then do nothing for 4 weeks.' Multiple Kirk vs. Mumpfield start/sit debates, with Kirk generally favored. One manager dropped Kirk for Mumpfield after Puka news, joking 'so he'll probably go off.'
