From the video

Cyrus Allen I do think is a viable punt option today. I don't I don't know how much he's going to play... he's like a full-time player in the Rashi Rice role, and that is very, very valuable.

Cyrus Allen viable punt if he gets Rice role snaps

Davis Mattek views Cyrus Allen as a viable punt option with conditional value; if Allen plays significant snaps, he would function as a full-time player in the Rashee Rice role, which Mattek considers very valuable. Mattek also prefers Cyrus Allen over Omar Cooper Jr. in a tight end comparison for this slate.
