The Ringer Fantasy Football Show on Jaylen Waddle

Jalen Waddle discount pick regretted; cheap selections without conviction are draft mistakes.

The source ended up with Jalen Waddle on multiple teams this year at a reasonable price and regrets the pick. The speaker frames this as the opposite of how he should be thinking—taking a player because he's cheap rather than because of conviction. This represents a draft philosophy mistake: Waddle was selected for value rather than belief, which the source now views as a flawed approach.
