Carnell Tate at 26, I think he's actually better than I thought he was as a prospect. And the only issue is his quarterback is so bad.

Negative signalRole

Better prospect than expected, but QB play limits upside significantly.

Ranked at WR26. Mattek Fantasy Football believes Tate is actually better than initially thought as a prospect, but the primary limiting factor on his upside is his quarterback's poor play and the offensive coordinator's lack of competence. QB quality is the key constraint preventing him from reaching his ceiling.
