Ranked ahead of Downs; consistent producer preferred over boom-bust upside.

Ranked at WR28, in line with consensus, as an injury fill-in. Mattek Fantasy Football ranks him ahead of Josh Downs this week, having given Downs enough chances and remaining skeptical of his ability to follow up on early-season prime-time performances. Allen has consistently shown up to work and demonstrated reliable production.
