Yahoo Sports NFL on DeVonta Smith

Smith led Eagles with 7 catches, 75 yards; only adequate WR outside him.

Smith led Eagles receivers with 7 receptions for 75 yards against Carolina. The source notes Philadelphia 'lack[s] adequate talent at wide receiver, outside of DeVonta Smith,' positioning him as the Eagles' primary receiving weapon. However, with Jalen Hurts out and Tanner McKee at quarterback, Smith's production is constrained by backup quarterback play and an offensive line that has struggled.
