Noel benched in multi-TE sets; limited role in Texans offense.

Noel has played just two snaps when two or more TEs are on the field. Essentially, if the concept calls for just two receivers, Noel will be on the sideline. This is in contrast to Marvin Harrison Jr., who is larger and got on the field in his debut, earning a target and blocking downfield.
