Difficult to target due to Commanders' week 7 bye; not a priority

Treylon Burks is a waiver wire consideration for Commanders receivers but is difficult to target due to the Commanders' week seven bye. Similar to Antonio Williams, he is not recommended as a priority waiver pickup given the timing constraints.
