STACKED’s take

Positive signalRole

Competing for reps in crowded Texans WR room. One comment notes 'Noel also starting to improve and get more targets'; another asks 'Noel still a play?' with minimal follow-up discussion. Unclear role and snap count in Dell/Harrison/Collins/Hutchinson/Boutte mix.
